Is í an Ghaeilge teanga na scoile. Is trí mhéan na Gaeilge a ghlacann na páistí páirt i ngach gníomhaíocht ar scoil. Tá pobal na scoile an-bhródúil as a bheith suite i nGort Inse Guaire agus tuigtear dúinn an dualgas atá orainn an Ghaeilge a fhorbairt, an Ghaeilge a neartú agus meas a chothú i measc na bpaistí sa Ghaeilge.
Gaelscoil na bhFilí is an all-Irish, multi-denominational school catering for boys and girls from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Learning through Irish greatly benefits children both academically and socially. The benefit of being bilingual makes it easier for children to learn a third and fourth language.

Is Gaelscoil ilchreidmheach í Gaelscoil na bhFilí a chuireann oideachas trí mhéan na Gaeilge ar fáil do pháistí ó Naíonáin Bheaga go dtí Rang a sé as an gceantar mórthimpeall na háite.
Tá Gaelscoil na bhFilí ag dul ó neart go neart. Togadh dhá sheomra ranga agus seomra achmhainne sa bhliain 2010.
Gaelscoil na bhFilí was founded in 2007 in memory of a local poet; Peadar Ó Fathaigh from Peterswell, Co. Galway.
Gaelscoil na bhFilí is an all Irish multi-denominational school catering for children from Junior Infants to Sixth Class. Gaelscoil na bhFilí has seen the addition of two new classrooms and a learning support room in recent years.

*ALL absences from school (late arrival, early departure, full day absence) MUST be explained. Parents are required by TUSLA (Child and Family Agency) to provide explanations for all absences. This applies to all schools. Please provide explanations via ALADDIN CONNECT APP. Current parents have all been provided with information how to access this app. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.
